88fi Terms & Conditions

General Provisions

88fi is an online gaming and sports betting platform that provides services for adult players in Bangladesh. These terms constitute a legal agreement between 88fi and its users. A user means any person who has opened an account on the 88fi platform or is receiving services from it.

• 1.1 These terms apply fully to all products, services, promotions, and account activities of 88fi. By using the platform, the user is considered to have accepted these terms in their entirety.
• 1.2 88fi reserves the right to change, amend, or update these terms at any time. Updated terms will take effect from the date of publication, and the user's continued use of the platform will be considered acknowledgment of the changes.
• 1.3 These terms have been prepared in Bengali. In the event of any linguistic ambiguity, the Bengali version shall be considered final and binding.
• 1.4 88fi reserves the right to refrain from providing services in any legal jurisdiction where providing online gaming services is contrary to applicable regulations.

Account Registration & Eligibility

To open an account and use services on 88fi, a user must meet specific eligibility criteria. These criteria ensure the platform operates exclusively for adults and eligible individuals.

Age Limit & Identity Verification

• 2.1 Only persons aged 21 or above are permitted to open an account and use services on the 88fi platform. An account belonging to a person under 21 may be closed at any time and the associated balance may be forfeited.
• 2.2 Each individual may open only one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are found, all of them will be closed and any bonuses or winnings will be forfeited.
• 2.3 All information provided at the time of account registration — name, date of birth, contact details — must be accurate and truthful. Registration with false information will result in account cancellation.
• 2.4 88fi may at any time request a national identity card, passport, or other government-issued document from the user for identity verification purposes. Withdrawals may be held pending until this verification is completed.

Single Account Ownership

• 2.5 An account is entirely personal and non-transferable. Allowing any other person to use your account is strictly prohibited.
• 2.6 A user may not open an account as a corporate entity, representative, or agent — an account must be held solely in the name of a natural person.

Account Security

• 3.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login details. All activities carried out using your credentials will be considered your responsibility.
• 3.2 88fi uses SSL encryption and other security technologies to keep user data and transactions secure. However, the security of the user's own device is the user's responsibility.
• 3.3 Always log out after accessing your account from a public or shared device. 88fi will not be responsible for any loss resulting from such situations.

Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

All rules relating to financial transactions on the 88fi platform are described in this section. Users are requested to read these rules carefully.

Deposits

• 4.1 Accepted payment methods on 88fi are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, etc.). Only these methods are accepted.
• 4.2 The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. No deposit below this amount will be processed.
• 4.3 Users must deposit from a payment account registered in their own name. Funds sent from a third-party account will not be accepted and may be returned.
• 4.4 Deposited funds are generally credited to the account instantly. If there is a delay due to network issues, please contact the support team.

Withdrawals

• 4.5 The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours.
• 4.6 Withdrawals will only be sent via the same method used for the deposit. Withdrawals will not be sent to a different account.
• 4.7 88fi reserves the right to hold withdrawal requests until identity verification is completed. If fraudulent activity is suspected, withdrawals may be withheld during the investigation.
• 4.8 If the account holds a bonus balance and the wagering requirement has not been met, the bonus portion is not withdrawable — only the original deposit and actual winnings may be withdrawn.

Bonuses & Promotional Offers

88fi offers various bonuses and promotional offers that make the gaming experience more enjoyable for users. However, each bonus comes with specific conditions attached.

• 5.1 The specified wagering requirement must be met before a bonus can be used. Example: for a ৳2,000 bonus, ৳2,000 × 10 = ৳20,000 in betting must be completed.
• 5.2 Each bonus has an expiry period. If the wagering requirement is not met within the specified time, the bonus will be cancelled.
• 5.3 A user may claim the same promotional offer only once. If an attempt is made to claim bonuses from multiple accounts or from the same device, all accounts will be closed.
• 5.4 88fi reserves the right to change, amend, or cancel bonus programs at any time. Bonuses claimed before a change will remain subject to the terms in effect at the time of the claim.
• 5.5 If any strategic betting method such as hedging or arbitrage is used to meet bonus requirements, 88fi has the right to cancel the bonus and forfeit any associated winnings.

Game Rules

The following rules apply to the operation of all games available on the 88fi platform — casino slots, live casino, sports betting, and others.

• 6.1 Each game has its own rules, which are available in the game interface. It is the user's responsibility to read the rules of any game before playing it.
• 6.2 The outcome of a bet placed due to a technical error or server issue may be considered void. In such cases, the bet amount will be returned to the user's account.
• 6.3 88fi reserves the right to change odds for sports betting. Bets already accepted will remain at their originally specified odds.
• 6.4 If a connection is lost during a live game, the outcome will be determined according to the game's rules. 88fi is not responsible for losses caused by internet disconnection.
• 6.5 If any dispute arises over a game result, 88fi's decision will be considered final. All game records are stored on the server and will be treated as authoritative documentation.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 88fi platform. Violating these prohibitions may result in account closure and balance forfeiture.

• 7.1 Placing bets on behalf of a third party or as part of a professional syndicate is prohibited.
• 7.2 Placing bets using match fixing or insider information is completely prohibited and may be considered a criminal offence.
• 7.3 Harassing, insulting, or threatening other users is prohibited. Abusive behavior in live chat or any communication channel will result in account suspension.

Account Suspension & Closure

• 8.1 88fi reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time without prior notice if the user violates these terms, engages in fraudulent activity, or attempts to harm the platform.
• 8.2 If an account is closed due to a violation of terms, all bonus balances and winnings derived from bonuses will be forfeited. Whether the original deposit amount is refunded will be determined based on the outcome of an investigation.
• 8.3 If a user wishes to close their own account, they may notify the support team. An opportunity to withdraw the available balance will be provided before the account is closed (subject to compliance with the terms).
• 8.4 The policy regarding inactive accounts (with no login or transactions for an extended period) may be described separately in the relevant section.
• 8.5 If you wish to contest an account suspension or closure, you may submit a written objection to [email protected]. 88fi will review the matter within a reasonable time.

Limitation of Liability

88fi provides its services on an "as is" basis and acknowledges relevant technical and service limitations. 88fi will not be held liable in the following circumstances.

• 9.1 88fi will not be responsible if a game or transaction is disrupted due to loss of internet connection, server downtime, or technical issues on the part of a third party.
• 9.2 88fi will not provide any compensation if an account suffers loss due to the user's own negligence or deliberate actions.
• 9.3 88fi is not liable for financial losses resulting from game outcomes. The risk of financial loss in online gaming and betting lies entirely with the user.
• 9.4 88fi will not be held liable if services are disrupted due to unforeseen circumstances or force majeure events (natural disasters, government restrictions, cyberattacks, etc.).

Privacy & Data Protection

• 10.1 88fi uses users' personal information solely for the purposes of account management, payment processing, and customer service.
• 10.2 Users' information will not be shared with third parties except to meet legal obligations or the requirements of regulatory authorities.
• 10.3 88fi uses SSL encryption and other industry-standard security technologies to keep user data protected.
• 10.4 Users have the right to request to view, correct, and delete their own information — such requests can be sent to [email protected].

Responsible Gaming

88fi firmly believes in responsible gaming. We want our players to enjoy gaming as entertainment, not go down the path of addiction.

• 11.1 88fi provides users with the ability to set deposit limits, loss limits, and session time limits. It is possible to manage your own gaming using these tools.

• 11.3 If signs of gaming addiction are observed, 88fi reserves the right to place a temporary restriction on the user's account and will share information on supportive resources.

Changes to Terms

• 12.2 For significant changes, a notification may be sent to the registered email address. However, it is the user's responsibility to check this page regularly to stay updated.
• 12.3 Continued use of the platform after changes to the terms will be considered as the user's acceptance of the updated terms.
• 12.4 If a user does not agree with the updated terms, they have the right to close their account and withdraw their available balance.
